All tanks are made of SS316 Corrosion resistant Stainless Steel sheet of thickness 1.0 mm [19 SWG] and joints made by TIG welding process

Stainless steel Master with 2 nos. Stainless Steel processing tanks [One each for Developer & Fixer]. Additional space provided for washing the films. The master tank is fitted with Inlet and Overflow connections for running water for film washing. All tanks are made of SS 316 corrosion resistant stainless Steel. All tanks are having TIG welded joints. The inner processing tanks are available in capacities 13.5 Liters and 22.5 Liters.

3] INTEGRATED MANUAL X-RAY FILM PROCESSING TANK WITH BUILT IN COOLING



The processing tank consists of a stainless steel master tank in which 3 nos. auxiliary tanks [One each for developer, Stop bath and fixer] are provided. The master tank is fitted with condensing coils, connected to compressor, capillary, motor, fan and a condenser for cooling the water in the master tank. The cold water in turn cools the processing chemicals in the auxiliary tanks. A separate washing tank with inlet and over flow, is also provided. An electronic Digital Temperature indicator cum Controller, maintains the temperature of the chemicals at 20ºC ± 2 ºC, as per the recommendations of the film manufacturers.

The overall equipment is made of Stainless Steel sheet and SS frame work. All the processing tanks are made of SS316 corrosion resistant stainless steel.

Automatic X Ray Film Dryer

Automatic Roller Type X-Ray Film Dryer specially designed for continuous, rapid, spotless and dust free drying of X-Ray films of maximum 14” ( 35 cms) width and any convenient length. It is most suitable for drying Roll Films. Minimum size of film that can be dried : 70mm width x 100 mm length ( 3”x 4”)
