D] ADJUSTABLE FILLET WELD GAUGES WITH UNEQUAL LEG MEASUREMENT FEATURE:

G.A.L. Adjustable Fillet Weld Gauge is easy to use.

This welding gauge can be used to :

1] To measure fillet welds place irregular curve edge flush to horizontal toe of weld so the Straight edge is in line with the horizontal member.

2] To measure weld throat thickness place the 45° angle end flush to the horizontal and vertical members. Loosen the thumb screw and slide the pointer until it touches the face of the weld.


E] V-WAC GAUGE:



The V-Wac Gauge easily and quickly checks the four essential measurements required for compliance with NCR Visual Weld Acceptance Criteria. Checks undercut depth, porosity comparison, amount of porosity per linear inch and crown height. The V-Wac Gauge can be purchased separately or as part of a complete set of seven Fillet Weld Gauges that determine if your welds conform to specifications.

Features of the V-WAC Gauge:

Accurate : Undercut depth or crown height scale can be read to 1/32 inch. Porosity comparison of 1/8 inch and 1/16 inch. Linear gauge in 1/16 inch increments.

Easy To Use : Pointer is easy to set and locking screw holds it in position for later reference. Figures and increments are etched into surface. They are easy to read and will not rub off.

Fast : All required measurements are made with a Single gauge.

Sturdy : Gauge is made of Stainless Steel.

F] FERRITESCOPE®- MP 30:

TECHNICAL INFORMATION :

The rugged FERITSCOPE® MP30 with plug-in type smart probe is suited for fast, non-destructive and accurate measurement of ferrite content on-site or in the lab according to the magnetic inductive method.

The calibration of the FERITSCOPE® MP30 is traceable to internationally approved IIW secondary calibration standards. The instrument therefore meets all requirements of ANSI/AWS A4.2-91 and DIN 32 514 as well as of the "Basler" standard.

Applications :

Measurement of the ferrite content in austenitic steel welds (of tubing etc.), normal construction steel with austenitic chrome alloy steel welded cladding (e.g., in boilers, vessels, etc.) and duplex steel.

Features :

• Non Destructive Measurement of the ferrite content in a range of 0.1 to 110 FN or0.1 to 80% Fe in austenitic and duplex steel.
• Memory capacity for max. 10,000 measurements
